HUSKEY™ SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL

Description

HUSKEY SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL is a versatile, compounded, water-soluble cutting oil designed primarily as a lubricant and coolant for cutting and grinding operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. HUSKEY SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL has proven outstanding as a coolant for heavy-duty machining operations, as an emulsifiable hydraulic oil and as a rust preventative.

Usage

HUSKEY SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL is recommended for most milling, drilling, turning, cut-off and power sawing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is also effective in reaming, broaching, tapping and grinding operations. Dilute one part HUSKEY SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL with 20 parts water. Make sure to add the water to the mixing vessel first, and then add HUSKEY SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL. Stir until consistent mixture is obtained.
